TIM ROBINSON joined the Tiber Creek Group after serving under Congressman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ), for seven years as the Chief Counsel of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Tim also served for two years under Congressman Bobby L. Rush (D-IL) as counsel to House Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade, and Consumer Protection and another three years, as his Legislative Director and Senior Policy Counsel.

Prior to working for Congress, Tim built a notable career as a practicing communications, technology, and energy attorney with several leading law firms, for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration within the U.S. Department of Commerce, as General Counsel of the DC Public Service Commission, and as “in-house” counsel for two Fortune 100 companies. Tim majored in Political Science at Brown University and also graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.
