SARA HEIMLICH serves as a Policy Analyst specializing in agriculture, energy, climate, and environmental policy. She provides coverage on congressional hearings, monitors legislation, and tracks regulatory activity related to her policy areas. She authors a weekly Climate and Energy Roundup detailing the latest relevant news and regulatory updates, and manages TCG’s “Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Tracker.”

Sara joined Tiber Creek Group as a Research Assistant in July 2023, and was promoted to Policy Analyst in December 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Sara interned with the Institute for Energy and the Environment at Vermont Law School, where she conducted policy research related to agrivoltaics. She also spearheaded the first successful solar initiative on her university’s campus. Sara received her B.A. in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Tulane University.
