NIKOLE BURROUGHS co-leads the appropriations practices at Tiber Creek Group. Nikole previously served as a senior advisor to former Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-VT) before joining the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as deputy chief of staff, where she led coordination with U.S. Senate and House offices on respective appropriations and foreign affairs committees. Nikole also served as staff director for the Subcommittees on Indo-Pacific and Oversight & Accountability for the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, and as a senior advisor to the Deputy Secretary at the State Department.
