KRISTEN HARPER joined Tiber Creek Group in 2015 and works closely with House and Senate Democrats. Clients rely on Kristen’s strategic advice and counsel to help navigate complex issues impacting the financial sector and the economic relationship between the U.S. and key trading partners.

As co-lead of the trade practice at Tiber Creek Group, Kristen has experience working on free trade agreement negotiations – including enactment and implementation of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) – as well as tariffs and enforcement actions, and other bilateral and multilateral trade initiatives. Kristen has also worked extensively on financial services issues – ranging from anti-money laundering reforms, corporate governance, and other banking and insurance-related issues.

She maintains strong relationships at the House Financial Services, House Ways and Means, Senate Banking, and Senate Finance Committees.
