JOHN HINE serves as Director of Operations at Tiber Creek Group, responsible for human resources, recruitment and onboarding of new employees, supervision of the firm’s Policy Analysts and Research Assistants, monitoring workflow to ensure appropriate administrative support, providing training on new procedures and equipment, and maintaining vendor relationships. He also handles the management of information technology and office equipment acquisitions, directing external IT consultants, negotiating contracts with service providers, coordinating company events, and overseeing the firm’s internship program. Prior to joining the firm, John was the Operations Manager at an employment law firm based in DC. In total, John has over 20 years of experience, including ten years as a Project Manager with proven success handing operational audits, compliance, project development, risk aversion, and process efficiencies. He also has extensive experience with client services, establishing policies and procedures, as well as marketing, department management, consulting, and driving organizational improvements. John graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina Asheville with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
